Made with table olives. Those which are too small for commercial use are call “Perdigón”. HEROINA has given these a second chance with a spectacular result! Did you know you need 10 kg of these olives for only 1 litre of oil? Moreover, as they are picked early before optimum oil content, economic return is very low. Therefore, as far as we know, nobody produces extra virgin olive oil from these. We think the result is spectacular though.
